Balochistan Food Authority has kicked off a special Milk Testing Campaign in Quetta to combat adulteration.

On Day 1, 5 shops were sealed, 9 fined, and over 200 liters of adulterated milk and 200 kg of unhygienic yogurt destroyed. A total of 8,180 liters were tested through mobile labs at 44 Milk Shops and Dairy Farms.

DG BFA Waqar Khursheed Alam said:

“Adulteration mafia will not be tolerated.”

“Public health comes first—no compromise on milk quality.”
