The BFA IT Wing is responsible for enhancing and streamlining the delivery of electronic services, improving efficiency in departmental processes, and facilitating engagement by higher-ups in decision making processes. The goal of the IT Wing is to leverage technology to make electronic services more accessible, transparent, accountable, and efficient.
